Wicked, you may not know the rules but every parent should. Before you leave the hospital, they are required (at least around here) to make sure you have a car seat and know how to work it. Most pediatricians go over and over the requirements at every well child check and he should have had about 4-5 by now. There's no excuse. She's a mother. It's her job to keep him safe.
