In his new book, "The Last Days of Dead Celebrities," Mitchell Fink reveals how Orson Welles was trying to finish off a script when the Grim Reaper called - he was found dead in bed with a typewriter sitting on his bloated stomach. Wracked with cancer, weak but Viagra-fueled rocker Warren Zevon convinced an old gal pal, Susan Jaffy, to help him act out one last sex fantasy. But John Lennon didn't even have the comfort of his wife the night before he died, as he and Yoko Ono slept in separate rooms like an old couple might. John Denver was quite chirpy just before he zoomed off in his doomed plane after playing golf, telling onlookers: "Good afternoon, gentlemen. Wasn't this a great day?" And talk about inconsiderate - Margaux Hemingway left friends with a horrible surprise when she took her life by popping downers in her sweltering apartment. They broke in to find her decomposing body. Fink says stars have the same feelings as ordinary folk at the end - they're "frantic and numb, fearful and gallant."
