But not all diets consist of not eating.
What about a balanced diet? Fruit and veg, meat etc. Of course you need to exercise to build muscle and lose weight more safely, but surely a balanced diet works over time without needing much exercise. It's quicker if you exercise obviously, but you probably understand what I'm getting at.
