VICTORIA Beckham stunned shop staff by splashing out nearly £60,000 [$111,600] on jewellery.

Onlookers said Posh spent money “like it was nothing” in a spree lasting less than 30 minutes.

She called at the New York store of Jacob the Jeweller — the bling king of the hip-hop world — whose customers include big-spending rap stars.

Insiders said she came in looking for gifts for husband David, 31, and bought him an £8,000 stainless-steel Five Time Zone Automatic watch.

One said: “Then she started shopping for herself. That’s when the spending really started.”

Victoria, 32, forked out £43,000 on an 18-carat white diamond watch set in rose gold and another £8,000 on five-carat diamond hoops.

The insider added: “Most stars order things. But she just bought what pleased the eye, spending her money like it was nothing.”
