Charlie may be an asshole, but he does have some valid points. This divorce was supposed to be private. She went public with the allegations. His kids are going to eventually hear about these allegations. They will hurt them. no child wants to hear that their father wanted them aborted. Denise could have easily gotten the restraining order without going public. She also leaked the voicemails (which again were all done in a less than 24 hour time frame), they may have sounded like he was off the deep end, but it does not show a continual pattern of abuse.

She is also going public by giving interviews about her new "relationship". This is probably damage control on her part, but she should at least take the high road and keep her mouth shut.

Also if everything she is alledging is true. Why in the world would she take him back. They were almost divorced. If these allegations were true to begin with (and she's using them now), then she was a total idiot to take him back.

I think she is trying to get as much money out of him as possible and is just trying to play the poor pitiful me card. Charlie is pretty much keeping his mouth shut except to say how much dirt and BS she is airing. He hasn't said much against her, but it makes you wonder if she left nasty voicemails for him, or hit him, or threatened his life. All you are getting is just one side of the story.
