One of my friends is working for a PR firm in NYC and was invited last weekend to a party at a downtown club (she told me the name, but being a little out of it, I don't remember) Anyhow, she said there were a ton of celebs there and in the corner sat Lindsay Lohan, shooting heroin between her toes.
