Default Britney Spears To Sue High Chair Manufacturer

And now for some stupid celebrity news that isn't Tomkat related. You all know how much Britney Spears loves being in the spotlight and how every single day there's some nasty tittle tattle emerging about her or McSkeevy or lil' SPF so in light of the fact that the Wack Pack (Tomkat) has pushed them off the front page of the tabloids I'm predicting we're about to see a wave of Britney related stories suddenly swelling like garbage on an ocean of rolling waves. Here's todays...

Someone needs to tell her she cannot sue for being a dumb aass, assembling the chair wrong or using it incorrectly or with a child too young to be sitting in it. From National Ledger.

Britney Spears again took a lot of heat over the fact that her little one Sean Preston Federline fell from his high chair and cracked his little skull.

Once the story broke last week and she was forced to rush the baby to the hospital - she was even visited by California authorities to make certain it was indeed an accident.

Reports detailed thatthe Child Potective Services concluded that it was.

And now a report set for publication from 'In Touch Weekly claims Britney may sue the High-Chair maker over the baby's injury.

Jeannette Walls delivers the scoop citing In Touch as the source.

A nanny was taking the seven-month-old tot from his high chair earlier this month when “something snapped,” according to a report in People magazine. The singer reportedly thinks a high chair might be to blame

Baby Sean Preston was taken to the hospital, where he was deemed okay, but now Spears is looking into suing the maker of the chair, according to In Touch Weekly. “The chair’s back broke,” a “family insider” explained to the mag.

“She’s going to see if there was a fault in the chair.”

Interesting strategy, but may be a tough court battle if it is ever filed.
