Well, he's an awesome musican but ever since he parted with Carl he went straight downhill and he himself doesen't really seem to feel the need to do something about it, which is sad since he has a young son.
Anyway, he's not the first celeb trying to stop a photographer, with him it's just easier to make a huge story out of it since he is on drugs.
