That's the problem. If she had *abs* then she would not have a 32 in waist at 138# with as tall as she is (which it's hard to believe anyway unless she has gained since that pic). That's definitely too big. Even more so along with those thin limbs of hers. But I don't think she needs to lose weight, just redistribute it.
