Posh spotted visiting plastic surgeon

Victoria Beckham has been spotted visiting a top plastic surgeon in Madrid.

The former Spice Girl could be about to become the next customer of Dr. Jose Maria Diaz Torres, who offers treatments including liposuction, tummy tucks, boob jobs and Botox.

"Dr. Torres is seeing Victoria at the moment and is getting to know her very well," a source told the Sunday Mirror. "He has established a reputation among Madrid's socialites as a man they can trust."

An onlooker who spotted Posh revealed, "Victoria looked desperate not to be seen. She ordered her minder to drive into the building's forecourt and ran upstairs with her PA as if she was terrified of being followed. Obviously she was worried about being seen."

A close friend claimed that Beckham is keeping the nature of her consultations a secret.

"Obviously no one would say what Victoria might have consulted Dr Torres about, but she has had three babies in close succession, all by Caesarean," the pal explained. "Being photographed constantly would make anyone a little insecure and determined to look her best at all costs."
