holy jesus christ what the hell is that thing?!?!?

a living wax figure?
and what is with the lower part of her jaw; it looks like a second jawline was added to her natural one! and her lips are really frightening me among other things including her botox translucent skin; glassy "dead shark" eyes, corpse-like expression, etc. etc. etc.
