Destiny's Child honoured with star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame

Destiny's Child are being honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame today (28.03.06).
The trio, Beyonce Knowles, Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland, will receive the 2,305th star near the Kodak Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard.
During the ceremony, there will be a speech from band manager, Beyonce's dad, Mathew Knowles.
Although Destiny's Child have called it a day, they are releasing a concert DVD 'Live In Atlanta' - recorded at Atlanta's Phillips Arena, from their 2005 farewell 'Lovin' It' tour - and are all pursuing solo projects.
Beyonce is set to star in new movie 'Dreamgirls', alongside Eddie Murphy and Jamie Foxx, which will be hitting screens by Christmas.
Michelle is due to sing 'America The Beautiful' at upcoming wrestling extravaganza WWE Wrestlemania on April 2, in her hometown of Chicago, while Kelly's second solo album will be released later this year.
