Probably more like secretly fucking than secretly dating. Lindsay's like the high school slut. She's not the kind of girl that guys date. They fuck her and they're embarrassed to even admit to that because she's so easy it's not like it's an accomplishment, and because everyone else knows that she's filthy.
Leo: "Lindsay, meet me in the hotel room at like 2 am. If you could wear a mask or disguise or something that would be great. Make sure NO ONE sees you."
Lindsay: "OMG, Mom, He invited me over again. We're definitely seeing each other but we want to keep it on the DL so the paparazzi don't invade our privacy because what we have is so magical. But yea, we're in love!"
