My department had the music up so loud (just like in the stores) that I could barely concentrate, let alone write code. I quit after a month. It was a soul-sucking experience.

You were in HELL! I hate A&F. Soul-sucking pretty much sums up New Albany IMO.

Another reason to hate that place: Les(I am a closet queer)Wexner. He is well known as gay...he loved to buy guys drinks in gay bars in Columbus in the early/mid eighties(seen it myself with my own eyes).
