I feel bad for the family and all, and certainly understand their pain, but I'm not sure I agree w/the lawsuit thing. Not EVERYTHING can be prevented or known about ahead of time. I just don't think this was the way to go about healing.....

Hope they donate some of the money, perhaps set up a fund in his memory...
