I'll ditto this. Not all plastic surgery is bad or makes someone look worse. Sometimes it makes you look more beautiful. Yet there are people who will insist no matter who has it done, no matter What is done, that they "looked better before" - when clearly they did not.
I don't think Megan's bumpy, wider nose was "better before". The slimmer, smoothe nose she has now looks "better"!
