She does have Body Dysmorphic Disease. Some people can't have mirrors in the house, others compulsively look in the mirror and can think about how they look for hours every day. Michael Jackson also had it. It is on the obsessive-compulsive disorder spectrum.
Plastic surgeons have become more educated on mental illnesses like this and yet some still continue to operate on people suffering BDD. Hopefully, the majority of surgeons will do the right thing and refuse to operate further.
Jenny Lee obviously needs some serious intervention and should be treated with the same care as somebody who has anorexia. Both diseases are equally devastating and sufferers have a chemical imbalance in the brain. Cognitive behavior therapy is the most successful way of treating BDD.
