Why does Tom have to have that shit-eating grin on his face all the time? He looks like he's on meds and (I beleive) that Scientologists are against depression medicine, so what's the deal?

Katie looks alright to me, but I don't know what a typical pregenant woman looks like so I can't say anything there.
