i also didn't read it all but honestly can't you just be happy with your vagina? it gives/holds life. that's pretty impressive regardless of how it looks. (barring physical trauma, accidents etc) i think people should try to be happy with what they're given but to each their own. i guess it's no different than getting the boobs done if it makes you feel better that's what matters.
