If you know someone is going to be getting up close and personal with your feet of course you're going to make extra special care in getting them nice and clean. I know the pedacurist will file, moisturise etc so I wouldn't bother making them look nice but I would certainly make sure they didn't stink!
How embarrassing must it be to actually be refused??!
