If you were dark or heavly colored eyeshadow it is better to apply it before foundation or concealer , that way if any eye shadow falls or you face it can be easliy wiped off without wrecking your foundation . This used to happen to me all the time and a MAC makeup artist told me to do this and it has made my makeup routine go way faster
