So, with the tummy tuck, the doctor would have pulled the excess skin below the "bikini line", and lopped it off? Which would have brought her belly button way down low. So, did the doctor move it back up? I don't see any obvious surgical scars.

I'll never forget that paparazzi bikini shot of the mom from "Everyboy Loves Raymond" (Patty Heaton?) who seemed to have NO bellybutton after her tummy tuck.
