Madonna is considering plastic surgery.

The 47-year-old singer admits she has thought about going under the knife to preserve her looks - but says she would keep it a secret if she did.

Madonna is quoted in Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper as saying: "I think about it, like everybody, and I don't rule it out. But I am not going to hold a press conference if I have plastic surgery."
