Um, the US cut and ran to Iraq like 4 years ago. That's why the country is still in shambles, the Taliban regrouping, and the opium trade larger than it has been in a decade.

Also, didn't bush say he wasn't concerned about Osama awhile back, and that he didn't know where he was?
