I say BOOOOOOOOOOOO. I agree with Laurent completely.

There is nothing wrong with having a Best. It means something.

There is nothing wrong with saying, "the winner is" but they weenied out & now it's "the oscar goes to."

When you worry so much about hurting the non-winner's little feelings, you detract from the honor of the WINNER. Somebody who worked hard & WON.

Don't like losing? Strive to be better.

There is little incentive to win, when winning is a bad, shameful thing. This is the kind of attitude that is glopped on our children, and has created a generation who believe that they should be rewarded for mediocrity.

Even the way Morgan would like to see, those outstanding performances would still BEAT all the rest, even if all the rest are not named.

I still love Morgan, though.
