In Arkansas you can get free mammograms and pap smears once a year if you don't have insurance. They don't really care how much money you make as the questions they asked me over the phone to qualify me and get me an appointment weren't about money. Maybe other states in the U.S. have it. It's called Breastcare of Arkansas. They find a doctor and hospital with a mammogram machine in your city that you want to go to and is signed up with them and they even make the appointment for you. I highly recommend checking it out in your state.
