There's really no surprise when it's reported that PARIS HILTON's love life is on the rocks with this boyfriend or that boyfriend. But it was a bit surprising to find Hilton celebrating her birthday at Pure nightclub in Las Vegas this past Saturday without her Greek gazillionaire beau, STAVROS NIARCHOS III. They were very much together the night before. Friends -- including Niarchos -- gathered at the Spanish Kitchen restaurant in West Hollywood for a big birthday din-din. But a very well-placed source tells me Hilton and Niarchos' romance came undone later that night at the Four Seasons Hotel. I'm told Niarchos called it quits because he can't handle Hilton's flirtatious ways with others. Subsequently, Niarchos and his friends bailed on the Vegas bash.
