There are plenty of people to disagree about... Scarlett Johansson and Natalie Portman just to name two. The slight differences in their features don't have to be attributed to surgery, IMO. People age and change, and for some reason, celebrities aren't allowed to do that. If something refines over time, we just assume it's surgery. In these cases, I don't think it is. I don't know for sure, but the change is so slight, I just don't buy it.
