Yes they can. It's a VERY common thing and it's very repairable. The recommendation is that children with eso/exotropia have it fixed within the first few years of life. There's not necessarily a huge rush to get it done.
And does it scare anyone else that the paps are following around this little girl and her nanny? I mean her famous parents are apparently not within her reach. In some ways, I can see why celebs are frightened for their kids. Not frightened as in "throw the baby on your lap while you're driving kind of way" but you catch my drift.
