Lily has a point too that some stars avoid the press but reality is that most do not. Most artists seeks whatever positive publicty they can get whether it is to sell tickets to their movie or tickets to musical performance. I think if you chose to be in the entertainment industry as a performer you must be willing to whore yourself out on some level.

The NYT is pissed? I was under the impression that she gave them an interview quite recently. Fox maybe, but it is beyond coincidence that they run a similar artcle the same day as the NYT. These two disparate outlets did not spontaneously decide at the same time to do essentially the same story. This is an orchestrated campaign I'm telling you, she has pissed someone off who has a lot of media pull.
