I love David Hyde Pierce!
I don't see anything wrong with being a supporting player ... someone has to do it and, if they're good, it's a steady pay cheque.
Frankly, I don't get the hate surrounding JA. She is self-supporting. She's fairly private ... rarely giving interviews and not yapping about how perfect her life is every five minutes. She dresses appropriately and she doesn't behave in a skeezy manner.
She seems pretty mild and low-key, imo.
