Brad didn't make anything seems like anything. He came right out point blank and said that Jen NEVER said she didn't want kids and that kids had nothing to do with anything.

I also see no reason why he should tell her he's having a kid. They're divorced. Now maybe if HE was pregnant with Jen's baby, that would be her business, but otherwise, no.
