Her name is Grace Rwaramba, and why wouldn't she not be around? Unless you mean when was the last time any paparazzi pictures were taken? I don't see how she is 'scary looking'. I think she is in fact quite attractive. I would presume she is the one who teaches them at home and they
do have friends. Why do you want to know where they live, are you a stalker?
