The only thing is that this apparently is a charter school. The charter schools in my state (California) do not offer tenure to their teachers. So teachers can actually be terminated if they do something wrong, but each individual school's governing body and administration will follow its policies and procedures for dismissing a teacher. Don't know about how this plays out in Missouri.
(And I don't really know enough about this video and the situation behind it to have an opinion on the teacher's role in it.)
