How does it validate the Ayers attacks? Obama was 8 years old when Ayers was with the Weather Underground. And by the time Obama did meet him, Ayers was a professor.
The Ayers, Wright & Rezko attacks have no relevance because Obama wasn't accused of
doing anything wrong. Now, Keating 5 is relevant, because that situation was caused by deregulation, and McCain was in the middle of it, and now the current economic mess is caused by deregulation, and McCain, once again, is in the middle of it.
But the one thing that Republicans haven't seem to learn yet, is that the personal attacks against Obama don't work. Especially with the way the economy is tanking. People are concerned about their jobs, mortages, etc. And that's why McCain is sinking in the polls.
