I've always thought that Angelina MAY have had the upper lip augmented, but she definitely had her nose delicately refined, ie thinned at the tip. It was wider before, although it was NEVER big. Some people think she's had cheek or jaw implants but I disagree; she inherited her father's strong bone structure.

I do think she might've had her jawline and chin tidied up a bit via fat removal; could just be massive weight loss though. She's been intermittently skinny/anorexic through the years but was also often quite curvy or even a little chunky back in her 20s. Not so anymore.

Mostly, however, I believe she had a VERY skillful brow lift. If you look at most all of her pre-2000 (or so) pics, she had a heavy upper face with not much room between her upper eyelids and brows. Also, her sixhead was much more like a normal forehead, and her eyes were rounded and a tiny bit buggy at times. But a brow lift makes the eyes lifted at the outer corners, more catlike. If you've got small or close-set or naturally upturned eyes you can end up looking horrible, but Angie's eyes were, in my opinion, vastly improved by the lift. The space between her lids and brows increased too--even when she used to pluck and draw her brows more arched in the old days, they never looked this good. And, her hairline is higher--a telltale sign of brow lift surgery.

I think it was a brilliant move. She went from striking, sort of French-exotic pretty to amazingly lovely. The pics from Mr and Mrs Smith really show that. Unfortunately, ever since then she's been running her looks into the ground with stress, starvation and probably drugs and drink. She's aged badly during her years with Pitt, IMO. Some would also say that her outside is coming to resemble her inside, of course.
