The American Cancer Society is reputable and pretty medically sound, but here's the Mayo Clinic's which gives me more or less the same info as the ACS (within 100 calories per day)

This one's a little more 'accurate' I think as it is a bit more specific. This one based on my body type and age and activity tells me I need 2800 calories a day. That sounds about right, so I'm doing alright being below that to lose weight.
