According to this guide, for my weight and activity level, I need a minimum of 3750 calories per day just to maintain my weight . That doesn't sound right considering my short height.

Wow, I've probably been averaging at least 1500-1700 calories below that the past month! My energy levels are good though, but I do mix it up, some days more calories, other days less. But the bottom line is since I'm trying to lose weight I have to take in less calories, most definitely below that maintenance level.
