I'm starting to wonder where -- I'm being serious -- where the
"condom lobby" is in Washington.
Think about it -- you have a huge international business that's
in demand in numerous countries; don't they lobby the US gov't
to get special favors? You'd think they'd have a much higher
profile after 25 years of AIDS-related deaths, 40 years after the
explosion of venereal diseases in the late 1960s, etc.
