I go back and forth on the nose job, not because I want to believe she hasn't had anything done, but just because in
some newer photos her nose looks like it always did, with that slightly bulbous shape. In most it doesn't though.
I think if anything she may have left her bridge alone and just had tip work. The proportions between her nostrils and septum look different.
Her lips look different to me too, though they're certainly not bigger - if anything they're smaller - just different.
