I just watched Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, which she made in 2000 when she was in her mid 20s, and it seems to me that it was after that movie that her face began looking different/more defined IMO, though maybe she did have a nose job earlier on.

She married Billy Bob in 2000 and I think whatever other work she has had done, she did while married to him, though who knows why... Anyway, just a thought.
