In March of 1992, Beatty married Annette Bening who - two months earlier - had given him his first child, daughter Kathlyn. Almost fourteen years and three more kids later, they're still together.

His second longest relationship was with the beautiful British actress Julie Christie. They were together for 8 years. During that time they made one movie together, McCabe and Mrs. Miller. After they parted, they made two more movies together, Shampoo and Heaven Can Wait.
