My husband just went to 4 10's and we frigging love it. They rotate the guys so that there is never a full crew at one time so the ones who are on get to make plenty of money while they are there.(He's a Master Technician for a Toyota Dealership and works on commission.) He saves on gas and has more time for family. It's wonderful.
