Was it on a mannequin? It's like policy they can't undress them or something... Nordstroms will do it for you just like that but not at Abercrombie. Year's ago I wanted to buy the last sweater that I thougth would be perfect for my boyfriend and I couldn't get it which totally sucked but at least I can say I never bought anything from there.
