Crack isn't ghetto. Some of the most wealthy use crack. If there is any drug that is "ghetto", which is a term that is being thrown around willy nilly and incorrectly I might add, it would be meth. Crack is based on cocaine. Meth is based on whatever you can find at your local drugstore and hardware store.
This woman has had numerous chances to get clean. Many of us had difficult childhoods and didn't turn to out friendly neighborhood dope dealer for relief.
