I have a 3 day work week (12-14 hour days) and I love it! It allows me to spend a lot of time with my children, I'm home every night for dinner and homework and sports activities, and I"m making enough to live very comfortably.
How can a family thrive when the parents put more time energy and give the best of themselves to strangers at work than to their children and family?
I never thought I would be making a living doing what I do, but it pays off big time. I'm allowed to have my family as my first priority, not my paycheck or my work.
