My mind continues to perplex at the reasoning for people (particularly celebrities) feeling the need to have the perfect body image. Sure, it would be nice to look attractive at all times and have what is considered to be the ‘ultimate physique’ but is it really worth making yourself miserable; constantly depriving yourself of delicious yet devilish foodstuff, working out until your body can not physically do any more?

I believe it is important to be fit and healthy, of course, but when it starts to effect your disposition, I believe it to be taking over your whole life, which cannot be healthy in general.
