The second blind is from Terrance Dean's new book Hiding in Hip Hop. He is referring to when he first moved to Hollywood and he wanted to get in with the DL clique. So I'm pretty positive this has to be Will Smith and Duane Martin.

This is the last line from the #2 blind that got cut off:
