I agree. I hadn't watched Oprah in years mainly because I don't watch TV during the day (although my mother updates me occasionally), but she has definitely lost every scintilla of relevance for me because the GMD does not need a defense. He's made that clear. Why help him? What is the ulterior motive here? Because if you don't think Oprah is thinking about her empire or how this improves her bottom line, then you've been smoking rope (as my father would say).
