Strength training - as opposed to just doing cardio and being otherwise healthy - will help somewhat with cellulite. But that said, what a lot of other people are saying here it's true, it's largely genetic and has to do with other factors entirely than one's level of fitness. There's just only so much a woman can do about it if she has it, and most of us do have it.
